Cancellation Policy
Appointment Deposit & Cancellation Policy
All appointment deposits are non-refundable under any circumstance. Your deposit will be applied toward your scheduled treatment balance upon arrival.
Cancellations and rescheduling requests must be made more than 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. Cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before your appointment will result in forfeiture of your deposit, and a new deposit will be required to book another appointment.
One reschedule is permitted per deposit.
In the event of a no-call/no-show, your deposit will be forfeited and you will be charged 100% of the scheduled service.
If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, your appointment and deposit will be forfeited.
By booking your appointment and signing this agreement, you acknowledge that you have read, understand, and agree to the terms of this Appointment Deposit & Cancellation Policy.
